Tina Marie Hardin was born on March 2, 1962, and on December 18, 2025, she finished a hard-fought 364-day battle with cancer and finally got her well-earned rest. Anyone who knew Tina knows she didn’t go quietly—she fought with grit, stubborn determination, and probably a little sarcasm.
Tina is survived by her child, Charli McCoy (Wayne), who was the center of her world. She was a proud grandmother to Alyssa, Lukas, Raelynn, and she took her role as great-grandma very seriously with Cory Jr. and Matthew Earl. She is also survived by Cory (Trinity), who she loved and claimed as family without hesitation. Tina adored her two great grandchildren: cory jr and Matthew.
She leaves behind her mother, Nancy Love; her sister, Dana; her brother, Junior; and her longtime boyfriend and best friend of many, many years, Donald Guinn—her partner in crime, laughter, and life.
Tina was preceded in death by her sister, Sissy Riggins, and her brother, Gordy Atchley, who we imagine welcomed her with open arms and probably a few jokes.
Tina was strong, opinionated, loving, and real. She loved hard, laughed loud, and told it like it was. She will be missed deeply, talked about often, and remembered with smiles, stories, and the occasional “that was so Tina.”
