Wendt, Timothy John "Tim"Timothy J. Wendt, 64, Neenah, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, March 29, 2017, at his home. Tim was born on October 27, 1952, in Wisconsin, the son of Wilburn "Bud" and Lois (Parsons) Wendt. He was united in marriage to Kathleen Mindel on October 15, 1976, at Martin Luther Church, Neenah. Tim was a God-fearing man whose faith was followed closely by family. He will be remembered most for the time and dedication he devoted to his wife, children, and grandchildren. Tim was a Packers, Brewers, and Badgers fan, who enjoyed woodworking and assisting with church building projects over the years. He was a faith-filled man, who was a member of Martin Luther Church, Neenah. Tim was employed with Egger's Industries, Neenah for 41 years.Timothy is survived by his wife of 40 years: Kathy; 3 children: John (Karen) Wendt, Menasha; Rebecca (Dan) Johnson, Milwaukee; and Rachel Wendt, Milwaukee; 4 grandchildren: Austin and Peyton Wendt, and Addison and Makai Johnson; his mother: Lois Wendt; siblings: Bob (Barb) Wendt and Pam Hall; mother-in-law: Winnie Mindel; brothers- and sisters-in-law: Joan Mindel, Jim Thielman, Carol Mansfield, Bob (Victoria) Mindel, Bill (Patty) Mindel, and Debbie (Steve) Cottrell; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.Tim was preceded in death by his father; his father-in-law: Dowain "Duke" Mindel; and brothers- and sisters-in-law: Darrell Mindel, Pat Thielman, and John Mansfield.Funeral services will be at 12:30 p.m., on Monday, April 3, 2017, at Martin Luther Church, 436 S. Lake St., Neenah, with Pastors Jason Oakland and Tyler Shinnick officiating. Visitation will be Monday at the church from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the service.
