Timothy Edward Newton, a native of Washington, DC, tragically passed away on Oct 23, 2023, in Richmond, Virginia. At the age of 59, Timothy was known for his work in construction and as a poultry worker. Born on October 10, 1964, he was the son of Ronald Edward Newton and Martha Anne Harris Newton, both of whom have sadly preceded him in death. Timothy leaves behind cherished memories within his family, including his son Joshua Custer Delawder and wife Nicole, his daughter Jessica Nicole Basilio and fiancé Kayla Williamson, and his grandchildren Aiden, Evan, Cayley, and Diego. Additionally, he is survived by his sisters Rebecca Earls and husband Larry, Terry Newton, Christine Higgins and husband Cody, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Regrettably, Timothy suffered the loss of his son Timothy "TJ" Edward Mullin and his sister Virginia Gulach.
