Timothy Hankins, 47, of Darlington, South Carolina, passed away on December 25, 2025. Born on January 12, 1978, Timothy will be remembered for his infectious smile, kind heart, generous spirit, and for speaking his mind and never holding back.

Timothy was a beloved member of his community and was known for his willingness to help anyone in need. He took great pride in owning and operating Hankins Tire Shop, which he continued after the passing of Roosevelt Hankins, carrying on the family legacy with dedication and hard work.

He had a true passion for fishing and spending time with his family, finding strength and purpose in those closest to him. Above all, Timothy cherished his family. He was a loving father to his children: Timothy Rion Hankins Jr., Brandon Suggs, Talaya Suggs, and Branna Suggs. He adored his grandchildren and shared a special bond with his nieces and nephews, all of whom brought him great joy.

Timothy is survived by his siblings Roosevelt Hankins Jr., Calvin Hankins, Antoinette Hankins, Mark Hankins, Sandra Grundy, and Angela Hankins, as well as his devoted mother, Ethel Mae Hankins, who cared for him faithfully until the very end.

His presence will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him, but his spirit, love, and legacy will live on in the hearts of those he touched.

Rest in peace, Timothy. You will never be forgotten.
