It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Ti'Ana Cook, who was born on August 19, 1988, in Nassau County, New York, and passed away on May 5, 2024, in Brooklyn, New York, United States. Ti'Ana was the beloved daughter of Alfred "Chucky" Cook and the late Jeaulanda Helton.

Ti'Ana was such a vibrant and smart young lady. She loved to laugh and just have a good time as often as possible! I recall her putting on a wig, grabbing an object pretending it to be a microphone, and do a news castor skit.

She was so funny, but articulate when doing her little "news" skit! She grew up around her 1st cousins and many friends. Ti'Ana was well liked by many. She attended public schools in Long Island, Virginia Beach and Brooklyn. Ti'Ana was a devoted mother and a loving friend to all who knew her. She leaves behind her smart and beautiful 5 yr old daughter, Kennedy. The family will keep and share a loving memory of her mom with her.

Throughout her life, Ti'Ana touched the hearts of many with her kind spirit, infectious laughter, and unwavering strength. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered for her warmth, compassion, and unwavering dedication to her loved ones.
