Thomas Reynolds, Jr.GreenvilleThomas Jefferson Reynolds, Jr. passed away on Saturday, October 29, 2016. He was born on April 25, 1936 in Columbia, South Carolina.He was a graduate of Greenville High School where his mother taught Physical Education. He earned a BS from the University of South Carolina where he was a member of the Kappa Alpha fraternity and the USC baseball team. After serving in the U.S. Air Force Reserves, Tommy went on to become a pioneer in the financial services industry. He was a devoted family man, avid golfer and loyal Gamecock fan.He is survived by his wife, Priscilla Reynolds, four children, Tom Reynolds (wife Ashley), Cindy McDonald (husband TK), Sam Reynolds (wife Cheryl) and Andy Reynolds, six granddaughters, Christine Cunningham (husband Will), Molly and Betsy McDonald, Samantha, Hunter and Mary Margaret Reynolds, and two great grandchildren, Eliza and Weldon Cunningham.Tommy is preceded in death by his brothers, Dr. Jim Reynolds and Robert Reynolds. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 1, 2016 at the family home from 5:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. A memorial service will be held at Christ Church Episcopal, Markley Chapel at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 2, 2016.
