March 14, 1942 - October 25, 2016Thomas O. "Tod" DeVilbiss, age 74 of Seguin, passed away on October 25, 2016. Visitation will begin on Saturday, October 29, 2016 at 10:15 a.m. at Oak Island United Methodist Church in San Antonio followed by funeral services at 11 a.m. with Rev. Fletcher Pool officiating. Interment will follow, Oak Island Cemetery. Tod was born on March 14, 1942 in San Antonio, Texas to Frank Earl and Nancie Mae (Winebrenner) DeVilbiss. He was a business owner and rancher and loved hunting and fishing. He is preceded in death by his parents, his brother, Lynn DeVilbiss and sister, Nancie Ellen Sellers. Survivors include his loving wife of 55 years, Glenda Earline DeVilbiss; son Tod DeVilbiss and wife Debra; daughter, Lynnette Cuellar and husband Bobby; grandchildren, Tod DeVilbiss Jr., Caitlin DeVilbiss, and Ricky Cuellar; sisters, Karen Kramer and husband Bob, Dee Ann Thiele and husband Rob; step-mother, Darlene DeVilbiss; other family members.
