Thomas M. Tucker “Tommy” beloved husband, father, and grandfather, passed away on May 2, 2024, at the age of 84 in Bettendorf, Iowa.

Tommy was born on January 7, 1940, and spent his life making people laugh with his quick wit and infectious sense of humor. He was known for his corny jokes and love of puns, which always kept his family and friends entertained.

Tommy was also a dedicated fan of the Iowa Hawkeyes and never missed a game. He loved to argue with anyone who dared to support a rival team, always making sure to defend his beloved Hawkeyes with passion and vigor.

Tommy will be remembered for his love of life, his kindness, and his ability to make even the grumpiest of people crack a smile. He leaves behind his loving wife, Michelle Tucker, three children Patricia Tucker (Sonny), Jodi Daggett (William), John Tucker and six grandchildren who will miss his jokes and his laughter dearly.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Iowa Hawkeyes Football Fund in Tommy’s memory. And remember, in the words of Tommy himself, "Life is short, so laugh often and love deeply."
