Horigan, Thomas F.Age 83, of Stafford, VA, passed away on Friday, May 12, 2017 after a brief illness. Tom was born on February 7, 1934 in Elmira NY, the son of the late J. Harold "Bus" and Rose Alice (Connelly) Horigan. He was preceded in death by Marion Horigan, their son, Kevin M. Horigan, and his aunt, Dolores Horigan. He is survived by his wife of 32 years, Joanna "Jodi" Hailey Hester Horigan; daughter-in-law, Robin Horigan and granddaughter Brittany Horigan of Pinehurst, NC; grandson, Scott Horigan of Alexandria, VA.; brothers, J. Michael (Elizabeth) Horigan of Elmira; Timothy D. Horigan of Stevensville, PA; sister, Johannah (Francis) Troccia of Elmira; several nieces, nephews and great nieces, great nephews from Elmira and beyond. Tom is also survived by many children, grandchildren and great grandchildren from the Hester family of Stafford, VA whom he loved and treated as his own. Tom served in the United States Marine Corps. He retired as VP of Sales for Wells Fargo Armored Car Service. Services to honor his life will be announced by the family at a later date.
