Thomas Tyler, born on September 16, 1948, in Norfolk, Virginia, passed away on July 26, 2025. He leaves behind a legacy of love and laughter.

Thomas dedicated many years of his life to serving in the Navy, where he rose to the rank of Major. After retiring from the Navy depot in 2019, he enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his two children, Angela Cabrera and Nicole Parker.

When he wasn't spending time with his family, Thomas could often be found pursuing his hobbies, which included fishing, relaxing on the beach, and spoiling his beloved grandchildren.

Thomas will be remembered for his quick wit, infectious smile, and warm heart. He touched the lives of all who knew him and will be deeply missed.
