Theresa Nowak passed away on Monday, October 15, 2018, losing her two-year battle with cancer. 

Theresa was born and raised in Wrocław, Poland. She immigrated to America with her daughters in the year 2004. She was a loving wife, mother of two, and grandmother to four. Theresa was a resident of New Jersey at the time of passing.
