Thelma Jean Hinchcliff passed away in Yuma on Tuesday, January 8, 2013 just two days shy of her 91st birthday. She was born on January 10, 1922 in Dallas, Oregon. Thelma is survived by her sons, Charles (Sandy) Judkins and Leroy (Nita) Judkins; four grandchildren; adopted daughter and son, Fred and Brenda Hamilton; adopted son, Joe and her adopted family in the Foothills. Thelma will be laid to rest at Washington Memorial Cemetery in Sea-Tac Washington.
