It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Terry McFarland-Jordan, who left this world on February 20, 2025, at the age of 69 in Phoenix, Arizona.

Terry was born on April 19, 1955, to Leroy McFarland and Shirley Giliam. She married the love of her life, John Jordan, in 2009, and together they had one child, Cori Simon. She also had two sisters Karen Hankins Phillips and Katrina McFarland.

Terry attended Phoenix Union High School and went on to pursue her passion for childcare by opening her own daycare, appropriately named Terry's Daycare. She dedicated her life to caring for children and retired in 2010.

Aside from her work, Terry had a green thumb and loved spending time in her garden. She had a special connection with flowers and plants, and her backyard was always a beautiful oasis.

Her witty humor and kind spirit will be dearly missed by all who knew her. Terry leaves behind a legacy of laughter and love that will always be remembered.

Rest in peace, Terry McFarland-Jordan. May your gardens in heaven be ever blooming.
