It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Terrance "Matthew" Nugent, 83, of Fullerton, California. Terrance was born on March 17, 1941 in Cleveland Ohio and departed from this world on July 12, 2024. He was a beloved father, grandfather, son, brother spouse and friend. Matthew drove across the country with his best friend in his early adult years and settled in beautiful sunny California. He grew a small landscaping business in which he ran for decades. He loved his work of gardening and creating a beautiful outdoor paradise for his customers. He was known for his sweet personality, kind heart, great sense of humor, love of traveling, movie buff, and most of all- lover of beautiful music. He also loved getting together with friends and singing classic Irish songs. Matthew was a devoted father to his 5 children and 5 grandchildren. He enjoyed making others feel special and would often go out of his way to make their day. Whether it be playing their favorite song on his portable blue tooth speaker or complimenting them in some way. He was a very special soul and his presence is and will be deeply missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him. May he rest in peace, knowing that he touched the lives of many during his time on earth. We love you.
