It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Teresa Messina, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and cherished member of the West Palm Beach community. Teresa was born on January 1, 1962, and tragically left us on August 7, 2023, leaving behind a legacy that will forever be remembered.
Teresa was a radiant presence, known for her kind heart, infectious smile, and unwavering love for her family. She touched the lives of everyone she met, and her outgoing personality brought light into even the darkest of moments. Her absence will be deeply felt by all who had the pleasure of knowing her.
Born in West Palm Beach, Teresa was the daughter of Lawrence Brown and Joan Caggiano, who taught her the importance of family values, hard work, and compassion. She carried these values throughout her life, gracefully passing them on to her own children and grandchildren.
Joe Gleason was Teresa's devoted partner, and together, they built a life filled with love, laughter, and cherished memories. They faced life's joys and challenges hand in hand, supporting each other through thick and thin.
Teresa's greatest pride and joy were her three children; Danielle Yeager, Kimberly Fox, and Lori Nicar. She loved them unconditionally, offering unwavering support, guidance, and a listening ear whenever they needed it. She watched with immense pride as they built their own families and lives, embodying the values she instilled in them.
In addition to her children, Teresa leaves behind six adoring grandchildren who held a special place in her heart. Their laughter and presence brought immeasurable joy to her life, and she treasured each and every moment spent with them.
Teresa's untimely departure was a result of cardiac arrest, reminding us of the fragility of life. We find solace in knowing that she has found eternal peace, free from pain and suffering.
Teresa Messina will forever be remembered as a beacon of love, kindness, and warmth. We will carry her spirit within us and continue to cherish the memories she created. May she rest in peace, knowing that her legacy lives on through those who were fortunate enough to have known her.
