Terence Moore
November 19, 1975 - July 14, 2023
Richmond, Virginia, United States
Terence Moore, lovingly known as Terry, left this world far too soon on July 14, 2023, following a tragic car accident in Baltimore. Born on November 19, 1975, to his adoring mother Barbara Moore, Terry brought joy and laughter to everyone who had the pleasure of crossing his path.
Terry was a devoted and doting father to his nine children, Terence Jr, Taylor, Jovon, Jaris, Erick, Terrell, Aiden, Jalin, and Jaquan. His children were his pride and joy, and he always put their happiness above everything else. He cherished every moment spent with them and often found delight in their endless energy and mischievous antics.
Besides raising his beautiful children, Terry also embraced the role of being a beloved grandfather to three adorable grandchildren. They were the light of his life, and he treasured every precious moment shared with them, whether it was reading stories, playing games, or simply basking in their love and innocence.
Terry always had a zest for life and an infectious sense of humor. His laughter could brighten the darkest of days and his jokes were legendary among family and friends. He had an uncanny ability to find joy in the simplest of things and spread happiness wherever he went. Whether it was organizing impromptu barbecues, cheering on his favorite sports teams, or dancing the night away at family gatherings, Terry always wore a smile that was as warm as his heart.
His caring and compassionate nature extended beyond his immediate family, as Terry was well-known as a pillar within his Richmond community. He took pride in helping his neighbors and lending a hand whenever it was needed. Whether it was shoveling snow on winter mornings or mowing the lawns of elderly residents, Terry's kindness knew no bounds.
Terence Moore's untimely departure has left a void in the hearts of all who knew him. However, his memory will forever be cherished by his children, grandchildren, and the countless lives he touched. Terry will be remembered not for the sorrow left behind, but for the abundance of laughter, love, and happiness he brought into the world.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to be made in Terry's honor to a local charity supporting road safety awareness.
