Terell D. Dorn, 48, passed on October 12, 2022. He was born to Samuel Lee Thompson and Tonya Richards in Birmingham, Alabama on July 21, 1974.

He married Shawn Thompson and they lived together in Dallas, Texas. Together they raised 4 children Jacobi D. Thompson, Reginald Tellis , James Thompson , Hazel Tellis.

Captain Dorn served his country in the Navy .
