On May 5th, 2023, Tenyanlis Milian, aged 75, sadly passed away in Miami, Florida. The news left his loved ones in shock, with many wondering how the world will ever keep spinning without his incredible humor and charm.
Born on February 17th, 1948, Tenyanlis spent his childhood days tormenting his parents, Jose and Sylvana. He was known for his pranks, and his family often had trouble keeping up with the constant mischief.
In 1976, he married the love of his life, Patricia. Together, they had four children - Natasha, Shakeris, Terrance, and Chadwick. He was a devoted father who loved to spend time with his family and make them laugh. The grandkids Charjonae, Stefon, Donald, Emory, Iyana, Jamera, Kendra, Nylah, Jayvion and Samiyah will forever remember him for his terrible dance moves, but he never let his lack of rhythm stop him from grooving to his favorite tunes.
Tenyanlis worked as a general contractor for 45 years and was great at his job. His clients always marveled at his sense of humor on the job site, often joking that he could make even the most stressful project feel like a breeze.
His cause of death was a seizure, presumably triggered by the celebration of Cinco De Mayo. Tenyanlis could make anyone laugh, even when he knew the joke was terrible. We suspect that he was trying to top his greatest hits in his final moments with us.
Tenyanlis will be remembered for his contagious laugh, his love of all things related to food, and his unwavering dedication to his family. We'll miss you, Tenyanlis. Always In Our Hearts, Rest In Peace.
