It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Taylor Leigh Jane Schwedux, née Sargeant.

Taylor at the young age of 30, left this world on on April 23, 2026 after a hard battle against cancer, leaving behind a legacy of creativity, resilience and friendship. Born on December 12, 1995, in Toowoomba, Australia, Taylor was known for her creativity in the arts and online on various social media platforms as Tayarts12, as well as being a published author, releasing 2 books called "Fragments of Me" and "Arboreal: Poems of Moss, Myth and Lore".

Taylor studied at Maitland Grossmann High School, NSW, Australia till 2011, and then eventually moved to Germany to start a new life with her husband.

Taylor also loved playing video games, reading books, and spending time with her husband, family and friends. Taylor also developed a strong community of online friends who cherished her art and friendship, and this loss is equally profound and devastating for us all.

Despite facing health challenges, Taylor remained strong and resilient until the end. Her courage and grace in the face of adversity were an inspiration to all who knew her.

Taylor is survived by her loving husband, Bastian Schwedux. They had no children, but their love for each other was a testament to the bond they shared.

Taylor's memory will live on in the hearts of their friends and family. She will always be remembered for her creativity, her kindness, and her unwavering strength in the face of hardship.

Rest in peace, Taylor. You will never be forgotten.
