It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Tanya Beckwith, who was born on February 1, 1967, in Douglas, Georgia, United States. Tanya passed away on September 20, 2025, due to a tragic car wreck.

Tanya was a loving partner to Wayne Mercer and a devoted mother to her three children. She is survived by her children Dustin Craig, Sergio Valencia, and Alicia Valencia, as well as her four grandchildren.

Tanya attended Norwich High School and graduated in 1985. She went on to have a successful career at Gate, where she made many lasting friendships and touched the lives of those around her.

Tanya will be remembered for her kind heart, infectious smile, and unwavering love for her family. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
