Tammy Harper, 47, of Douglasville, Georgia, passed on November 25, 2021 after a long fight from cancer. Tammy was born on May 5, 1974. She was a daughter, sister, mother, aunt. She was married to James Hall where they have spent 3 years together. She left behind 3 living children Haley Harper, Holly Ogilvie and Mason Ogilvie. She also had 7 grandchildren.
