Tami attended 112th Street Elementary and Gompers Jr High. Tami was the second oldest of Carolyn kids.

Tami loved to spend time with her family and have fun. She had so much love for her family and friends.Tami blessed this world with 7 beautiful kids that are so loved.She is preceded in death by her father Lewis Jefferson and her (2 )Grandmothers Sarah Taylor and Lula Jefferson  (3) Uncles Gary Young, Thomas Jefferson  and George  Jefferson. Tami leaves to cherish her memories her mother Carolyn Gatlin her stepdad Walter Gatlin (7) kids Anthony Jefferson James Gatlin, Ashley Gatlin,DaSani Hill Cook and Se'Nya Jefferson all of Moreno Valley, Ca Creation Hill Cook of Las Vegas, Nv and Tommy Baker of Tx(4) siblings, Tamika Jefferson of Moreno Valley, Ca Johnny Hickman of Los Angeles, Ca Arkala Washington of Nashville,Tn and Phillip Gatlin of Perris,Ca (5) grandkids Koriaun Riley, Aryes, Zariiah and Alani (3) neEric,Markel and Lil Phillip (1) Lailanni (2) aunts Mary Taylor and Pinkie Parker (Joe) (2) uncles Willie Taylor and Eddie Taylor
