Tameria "Tammy" K. AdamsSUNBURY: Tameria "Tammy" K. Adams, 63, of Sunbury, formerly of Zanesville died at 11:55pm, Monday, August 4, 2014 at the Oaks at Northpoint.She was born on November 11, 1950 in Zanesville Ohio the daughter of Richard H. Adams and Marilyn R. Erwine Adams."Tammy" was a member of Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church. She graduated in 1969 from Zanesville High School and then went to Ohio University where she studied Physical Education. She was employed as a manager with BP companies for 33years. She was an avid sports fan & had played sports for Ohio University. Tammy loved all types of animals. In addition to her parents of Zanesville, she is survived by a brother, James (Cynthia) Adams of South Zanesville; her sister, Sue (Chuck) Hina of Roseville; several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends including special friends: Irene, "Bootsie", Marideth, Bill and Cindy; and a step brother, Butch (Linda) Gebhart of Roseville. "Tammy" was preceded in death by her grandparents, Charles and Margaret Adams and Walter and Mary Erwine; and an infant twin brother. Visitation will be held from 4 to 6pm on Wednesday, August 06, 2014 at the Bryan & Snider Funeral Home. Funeral service will be held at 11:00am on Thursday, August 07, 2014 at the Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church with Pastor Mark Matzke officiating. Burial will conclude at the Greenwood Cemetery.Memorial contributions can be made to Trinity Evangelical Church or the Muskingum County Animal Shelter.
