Tamara Dawn Willis, 53, of Richmond, VA formerly of Charlotte died October 26, 2016. She was born on November 26, 1962 in Mecklenburg County to Randall Willis of Charlotte and Joyce Stallings Bergh of Fripp Island, SC. She grew up in the Huntersville/Lake Norman area. She graduated from North Meck. High School and UNC-Wilmington.She is survived by her mother, Joyce Stallings Bergh of Fripp Island, SC and father Randall Patrick Willis and step-mother Nancy Willis of Charlotte; siblings, Kim Stroud (Eddie) of Columbia, SC, Kim Bishop (Edward) of Hopewell, VA and Chip Bergh (Carrie) of Midlothian, VA and several nieces and nephews.A service to celebrate her life will be held at 2 PM Sunday, October 30 at Independence Hill Baptist Church with Rev.
