T.C Willbanks, 85, passed on August 26, 2021. He was born on May 26, 1936.

He married Marsha Willbanks and they lived together in Yellville, Arkansas. Together they raised 5 children Melissa Dunn, Amanda Willbanks, Mackenzie Willbanks, Laken Willbanks, and TyLee Willbanks.

He worked as a police officer and bounty hunter. On November 8th, 1994 he was elected Constable. His biggest accomplishment in life was being a father. To Kenzie, TyLee, and Laken T.C was a superhero. He was always there for them through their ups and downs, and taught them to enjoy every moment life has to offer. 

T.C never let his age slow him down. He was constantly out and about and working on things that we all made sure he knew he shouldn't have been doing. He loved being outdoors, spending time with his daughters, and watching WWE.
