Sylvia Jean Garcia Franco Razo, 55 of Hanford, California passed away on Tuesday January 4th, 2016 in Calexico, California.

Sylvia was born February 1st, 1961 to Feliciano and Lucy Garcia. She has gone home to be with her late husband Paul Franco, son Angel Franco, and two granddaughters Lena Castillo and Layla Franco.

Sylvia is survived by many brothers, sisters, numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews. She is also survived by her husband Fausto Razo. Her children Sylvia, Paul, Daniel, Stephanie, Alex, Alfred, Veronica, Michael, Tamra, Toni and Pete. Sylvia has 14 grandchildren Jasmine, Anthony F., Jade, Cyrus, Anthony G., Daniel JR, Paul F., Frankie, Anisha, Paul D., Priscilla, Freddy, Tahlia, and Trinity.

Sylvia was diagnosed with kidney failure in 2013 after surviving many years with diabetes. She never gave up! Never complained! Sylvia maintained a brave and cheerful outlook for an optimistic future. Even though she had countless hospital stays, on dialysis almost daily and taking numerous medications, she continued to be there for her family and involved in their lives, through their daily needs and dramas, Sylvia never gave up on her children.

Filled with compassion and love Sylvia had many friends. Sylvia will always be loved and remembered. Sylvia will always hold a special place in our hearts.
