Obituary

Sylvia J. Nelson, 72, of Norwalk CT entered eternal rest on Sunday April 12,2020 peacefully at Norwalk Hospital. Mrs. Nelson was born July 23,1947 in Santee South Carolina. She was the daughter of the late Eddie and Louise Pauling, she was married to late Luther J. Nelson in the early 1980's.

Mrs. Nelson retired at United State Surgrical Corporation where she worked for many years. She served in Ministry as in evangelist and missionary thoughout her lifetime, Her spiritual needs were met as a member at Walking By Faith Pentecastal Church of Norwalk,CT, "She love to prasie the Lord".

Sylvia Nelson has left to cherish in her memory two sons, Anthony Draughn,Steven Pauling Jr both of Norwalk,CT, One daughter Kearn Pauling(Predeceased).Eleven Sisters:Jannie Pauling of Norwalk,Catherine Pauling of Norwalk, Eva Scott of Bridgeport,Harriet Pauling of Bridgeport,Finnie Mae Dupree of South Carolina, Rosa Lee Bookhart(Franklin) of S.C, Lillian Pauling of S.C, Patricia Moore(Rome) of S.C, Geraldine Blanding of S.C, Verna Martin of S.C and Hallen Johnson(Predeceased). Four Brothers: James Blanding of S.C, Tommy Blanding of S.C, Henry and Nathaniel Pauling (Predeceased).

She also leaves to witness her life several grandchildren,nieces and nephews and a host of church congregations and friends. She will be greatly missed.
