A life well lived…

We are gathered here today to celebrate the life of Suzanne Decker, who passed away on September 10, 2025, at the age of 67 in Middletown, Pennsylvania. Born on June 4, 1958, Suzanne was known for her quick wit, infectious laughter, and love of adult coloring.

Suzanne was the beloved daughter of Melvin E. Arnold Sr. and Alice Brooks, and the proud mother of Jeannie Lynn Schatz, Sean Scarlett, John C. Mears Jr., Heather R Leese, Kathy Dougherty, and Sara C. Mears. She attended CVS High School, where she graduated in 1976, and was known for her love of the outdoors.

Despite her passing from "nature causes," Suzanne will be remembered for her adventurous spirit and unique sense of humor. She always brightened the room with her presence and never failed to put a smile on the faces of those around her.

While we mourn the loss of Suzanne, we also celebrate the wonderful memories she left us with. Her legacy will live on through her children and all those who were lucky enough to know her.

Rest in peace, Suzanne. May your coloring pencils always be sharp and the skies always be blue.
