Susan Bradford of Waterloo, died Sunday, September 1, 2018, of complications of diabetes.

She was born May 1, 1928, in Waterloo, daughter of David Shepard and Emma Smith. She married Russell Bradford December 26, 1947 in Waterloo. He died in 2004.

Susan Bradford was a kind and generous soul who loved her family. She was dainty and always used proper etiquette and loved her television shows. Before she became ill, she looked forward to her Saturday lunch date with her grand son Shaunte, that was always before her grocery shopping. She was faithful member at Payne AME Church and served on the Stewardess Board. 

Those who knew Susan will always remember her love for popcorn, cookie, and many other sweets after dinner. She lived a life of compassion and was always warm loving to anyone she met. Susan, you will be missed, but never forgotten. Rest on!
