SUAMICO - Sue S. Topinka, 92, formerly of Racine, died Tuesday, September 27, 2016. She was born on March 11, 1924, Raymond Center, WI to Alex and Mary (Shostek) Syty. Sue spent her whole life in Illinois and had attended an agricultural school in Rochester. During that time, she met and married Dean Topinka. Sue was an avid Bears fan. She later met William Drascic and together they traveled, visiting relatives and spending time with family. Sue is survived by her sister, Jenny Spencer; a brother and sister-in-law, Joseph and Donna Syty; and nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Dean Topinka; her second husband, William Drascic; her parents; and two brothers, Alex and Wallace Syty.
