SPRING GROVE Stewart L. Kessler, 87, died Wednesday, February 18, 2015, at his residence. He was born on August 12, 1927, in Spring Grove, son of the late Serenus and Hettie (Senft) Kessler. He retired from Teledyne-Readco and was a member of Christ U.C.C. in Codorus. Viewing will be from 11 a.m. to 12 noon Monday, February 23, 2015, at Christ U.C.C., 32 Baltimore St., Codorus. The funeral service will begin at noon with the Rev. Bonnie Whittier officiating. Burial will be in Jefferson Cemetery. Stewart is survived by a daughter, Patricia A. Bly of Mountain Home, Ark.; a granddaughter, Diane Hillburn of Norfolk, Va.; a great-granddaughter, Alyssa Bermudz; a sister, Treva Altland of Spring Grove; a brother, Charles Kessler, husband of Nancy of Spring Grove; and several nieces and nephews.
