Steven Eric Bailey Sr, 62 of York PA was called sudden on September 30, 2021 at his home. Eric was surrounded by his wife and family. Eric was born on May 22, 1959 in Coney Island, New York. Eric was born to the late Garnell and Carol (Tinsley) Bailey. Eric graduated from Pemberton High School. After graduation Eric went onto joining the Marines. After serving his time as a Marine Eric came home and began to work for Keystone Blind Association through Penn Dot.

On December 28, 1991 Eric married Marcia Grimes. They were married throughout his life (32yrs.) Eric enjoyed watching football and was a Dallas Cowboys Fan. Eric loved cars and collecting his knickknacks. he was a very jazzy dresser and most of all he loved his family. Eric leaves to mourn and cherish his memories, His loving wife Marcia, 4 sons Steven Jr., Octavius, Preston and Nathaniel, 3 daughters Carrie, Jessica, and Melony. He also leaves to mourn brothers Garnell, David Michael Sr. (wife Denise Bailey) Sisters Sheleace (husband Justin Tillya), Sheran Bailey, and Salisha (husband Andrew Smith). A grandson he raised as his own Kwamiere Durham, special nephews Antonio Bailey and David Bailey ll. Eric had numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, niece, nephew, cousins. Uncle Bruce Lyons, Elijah Bailey, Ronald Bailey, Marvin Bailey, William Bailey and Thomas Bailey. Eric also had a host of other family members and friends. Eric also preceded in death his sister Shelia Bailey.
