We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of Steven Collins on January 26, 2025, in Nashville, Tennessee. Born on January 25, 1985, Steven was the beloved son of Joshua Collins and Connie Renea Askew.

Steven was married to his loving wife, Helen Collins, in 2022, and together they have two wonderful children, Timothy and [child's name]. Steven was a dedicated father and a hardworking individual who always put his family first.

Steven attended Booker T. Washington High School and graduated in 1991. He then went on to graduate from Shelby State University in 1991. Steven worked as a truck driver and also dedicated his time to helping at the food bank organization.

Steven had a passion for basketball and football and could often be found cheering on his favorite teams. He was always the life of the party and brought joy to everyone around him.

Steven's life was tragically cut short due to an accident, but his memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.

Rest in peace, Steven. You will be deeply missed.
