Steve Lamere1970 - 2013Steve Lamere, 43, of Kenosha, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, July 30, 2013, at Aurora Medical Center.Steve was born on March 12, 1970, in Kenosha, the son of David and Marilyn (Gunderson) Lamere. He was educated in the schools of Kenosha, graduating from Bradford High School. He married Lori Leinenweber on May 4, 1996 in Kenosha. He was employed in maintenance at Homewood Suites. He was a member of Grace Lutheran Church. His hobbies included being a die-hard Pittsburgh Steelers fan, enjoyed the outdoors, as a youth, he enjoyed the scouts, attaining the rank of Eagle Scout, listening to music and attended many concerts. Survivors include his wife, Lori Lamere of Kenosha; his children, Michael (Sarah Barta) Lamere of Stevens Point, Eric Lamere of Kenosha; his parents, David and Marilyn Lamere of Kenosha; and a brother, Brian (Kasondra) Lamere of Rockford, Ill. A visitation will be held on Monday, Aug. 5, 2013, from 3 p.m. - 6 p.m. at Kenosha Funeral Services with a funeral service to follow at 6 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials for the family would be appreciated.The family would like to thank the staff at Aurora Medical - ICU for the care given to Steve.
