Stephen McDonald Jr. of Smithville, West Virginia, passed away on February 16, 2025, at CCMC, at the age of 50. He was born on June 1, 1974, to proud parents Stephen and Bertha McDonald.

Stephen leaves behind his parents, Stepmom Margie McDonald, two sisters Stacy (Danny) Peckens and Peggy (Joey) Dalton. Also, he leaves behind his Life Partner Rebecca Cokeley of Smithville and two stepson Michael Cokeley of Lubeck and Garth Campbell of Pennsboro, two granddaughters Adrianna Campbell and Odessa Cokeley and his Step Grandmother Roxie McDonald of Shock. Also he had 5 nephews and 2 nieces.

He was preceded in death both sets of grandparents and a step grandfather. Several uncles and aunt and a few cousins.

Stephen will be cermated with no service. There will be a memorial at a later date.
