Stephen RekerStephen Reker, age 60, passed away Tuesday, March 28, 2017 enjoying his life's passion of cycling. Steve was born on August 7, 1956 in Grand Pass, Missouri, he and his family moved to Miami when he was a young boy. He moved to Tallahassee to attend FSU in 1974 and upon graduation he went to work at Olin which is now St Marks Powder as an environmental engineer. He is survived by his wife of 31 years, Christine Reker; son Justin Reker (Emily) of Tallahassee; his parents, Al and Barbara Reker of Miami, FL; his two granddaughters, Jemma (7) and Jaycee (16 mo); brother, Tim Reker (Kelly) of Miami,FL and their 3 children Tyler, Kristin and Hunter. A Celebration of Life Gathering will be held Sunday, April 9, 2017 at Shiloh Farms, 1500 Benjamin Chaires Road, Tallahassee from 2:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to .
