It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Stephen Phillips, born on January 12, 1990, in Baltimore City, Maryland, United States. He heroically left this world on October 20, 2025.

Stephen was a devoted son to his mother, Patricia Phillips, and although he had no children of his own, he tragically left behind his family of Joan Phillips his grandmother, Greg Phillips and Eric Brown Jr his brothers, Erica Phillips and Destiny Wooten his sisters, Steven Phillips, Thomas Phillips, and Kevin Alston his uncle's, as well as his cousins Thomas Phillips Jr, Cameron Phillips, Savannah Phillips, Jaden Phillips, his nephew Ronnell Brown, and his nieces Inias and Tristan Phillips. As well as a host of other family members and friends that loved him dearly.

Stephen was a man of many talents and passions. He had a natural knack for computers and could fix anything that came his way. In addition, he taught himself five different languages and enjoyed watching Japanese animation in his free time.

His life was cut short while protecting his sister and niece, a true testament to his selfless and courageous nature. Stephen will be deeply missed by all who knew him and his memory will forever live on in our hearts.
