Stephanie Sutton-Reed, a beloved daughter, mother, sister, grandmother, and friend, lost her battle with cancer on September 10, 2024. Stephanie was born on January 6, 1970, to John James and Diana Lynn Sutton. She is survived by her mother, Diana Sutton; her sibling, Stacey Hoppock (Chase); her children: Jimmy Reed Jr., Joshua Certain (Crystal), Jonathon Reed, Sydney Boltz (Jake), and Nicolas Reed; and her grandchildren. Stephanie was preceded in death by her father, John James Sutton, and her brother, Shawn Eric Sutton.

Stephanie and her former husband, Jimmy John Reed, shared the joy of raising five children together. She was also a proud grandmother who cherished every moment with her grandchildren. She loved spending time with them, whether it was crafting or sharing her passion for music. Her grandchildren were a source of immense joy and pride, and she was delighted in watching them grow and thrive. Stephanie was especially happy to hold on long enough to see the birth of her granddaughter, Izzy.

Stephanie attended Westfall High School and graduated in 1988. She went on to pursue many of her passions. Besides being a loving family member and friend, Stephanie had a love for crafting, photography, and music. She brought joy and creativity to everything she did and made a lasting impact on everyone she met.

Stephanie’s life may have been cut short, but her memory and her passion for music will live on in the hearts of her family and friends forever.

Services will be held at Monroe Men’s Club, 18104 Five Points Pike, Mt Sterling, OH 43143, on Saturday, September 21, 2024. A private service for family will be from 12pm to 2pm, followed by a service open to friends and family from 2pm to 4pm.
