Stephanie Breen Rigby, 45 of Logan, died Tuesday, Sept. 10, 2013, in Logan. She was born on Oct. 28, 1967, in Salt Lake City, a daughter of Robert and Judith Hicks Breen.She is survived by her husband, Bart D. Rigby, a daughter, Ashley and Richard Ramsten, two sons, David and Loni Smalley, Justin Rowe, her parents, Judith Cook and Robert D. and Maize Breen, two brothers, Michael and Lisa Breen and Rodney and Jordi Cook, her granddaughter, Cambree Ramsten, stepchildren, Tony Rigby, Kelly and Erick Brinkerhoff, Tim Rigby, Wes Rigby, Tyler Rigby, two step-grandchildren, Max and Collin Brinkerhoff. She was preceded in death by her step-father, LeGrande "Lee" Cook, father-in-law, Max Rigby, two nephews, Zyphen Cook, Jon Dell Graff.Graveside services will be 12:30 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 17 in the Logan City Cemetery.
