Stephanie Bennett, beloved wife, mother, and grandmother, passed away on May 19, 2023, at the ripe old age of 73.

Born on January 1, 1950, in Prattville, Alabama, Stephanie was the daughter of Anthony and Katherine Bennett. She attended Prattville High School and graduated in 1968, where she was known for her love of peanut butter and jelly sandwiches.

Stephanie worked as a Care Taker and was an active member of the Helping Hands Ministries organization, where she was known for her great sense of humor and contagious laughter.

In 1988, Stephanie married the love of her life, Mike Albright, and they had two children. Mitzi Thomas, who married Bryant Thomas, and Spundnik Albright, who married Lula Albright. Stephanie was a proud grandmother to 5 grandchildren whom she loved dearly, but we won't name them here because we don't want to make the other grandchildren jealous.

In her spare time, Stephanie enjoyed knitting, playing bingo, and was an avid collector of ceramic cats. She even had a little cat graveyard in her backyard to honor all the ceramic cats that had met their untimely demise.

Stephanie will be remembered for her infectious laughter, her love of peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, and her dedication to helping others. Her family and friends will miss her dearly, but they take comfort in knowing that she is now reunited with all her ceramic cats.
