Sophie Wilkins, 18, of Hornell, New York, left this world unexpectedly onDecember 20, 2023. Sophie’s last wish was to be seen by all of her friends after recently suffering acl and meniscus repair surgery. This was unable to happen, and is likely the cause of death.
