Skylar Hernandez , 24, of Denver, Colorado, passed on May 31, 2023 while visiting in Lexington Co. SC. Skylar was born on July 27, 1998 in Lexington, SC. Skylar grow up in Cayce, SC but has lived in Colorado for the last year and a half.

He is survived by the love of his life, his girlfriend, Teresa Aylin Vedia of Denver Colorado; Uncle, Alex Hernandez (Jade’a) of Pelion,SC; Great grandmother, Mary Hopkins of Cayce, SC; Great grand father, Melicio Hernandez of Hawaii; and Two half sisters, Jasmine Smith and Samara Smith; and many cousins and other family and friends.

Skylar is preceded in death by his mother, Amber Hernandez; grandparents, Melvin Craig Hernandez and Victoria Elizabeth Hopkins Hernandez; Aunt, Misty Hernandez.

Skylar also is survived by his sweet dog Lycann. That little puppy was like a child to him. Skylar enjoyed playing the Pokémon game on his phone he had a passion for Pokémon. When he wasn’t hunting for Pokémon he enjoyed spending time with Aylin and her family and their two dogs Lycann and Coco. While Skylar was spending time in Pelion with His uncle he would like exploring the woods; shooting guns and being out in nature. He enjoyed Heavy metal music and just being with friends and family. If you knew Skylar you know he had a sense of humor like no other and how much of a caring person he was; he is gone but will NEVER be forgotten.
