Skala Pikes passed away on April 3, 2024, in Brooklyn, New York, at the age of 53. Skala was born on December 18, 1970, to Semaj and Rosa Pikes.

Skala was a loving and devoted parent to her three children, Shayan, Derun, and Michael. She was also a proud grandparent to two grandchildren.

Skala dedicated her career to serving her country as a Translator for the US Government. After many years of service, she retired in 2010.

Outside of work, Skala had a passion for spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She enjoyed working on various projects and activities and treasured the moments she shared with her loved ones.

Skala will be remembered for her kindness, generosity, and unwavering love for her family. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
