Sidney Earl Wheeler, Sr., age 78 of Coldspring, Texas passed away peacefully on Monday, March 15, 2021. He was born April 4, 1942 to parents Atmer Wheeler and Mary Sherrod who preceded him in death.

Survivors left to mourn his passing include his wife, Mary Jane Wheeler of Coldsprings and sons, Sidney Earl Wheeler, Jr. (Butch) and wife Carmen, William Eugene Wheeler (Bruno) and wife Theresa; daughters, Kathy Lynn Marines and husband George; Jerry Marie Jackson and husband Fredrick and daughters of his heart, Erina Brown and Kelly Jones; Grandchildren, Savannah Echhade and husband Zakaria, William Wheeler (Bo) and wife Katie, Phillip Young and wife Dora, Kristal Glass and husband Carey, David Whiteman, Dwayne Gobert, Ansia Gobert, Nicholas Wheeler and wife Britney, Elizabeth Wheeler, Sidney Earl Wheeler III (Trey), Tayleigh Berden, Alyssa Berden, and Jonathan Berden; along with numerous great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held from 2:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m., Sunday, March 21, 2021 at Pace Stancil Chapel, Coldspring, Texas.
