Shirley WeachterSeptember 8, 1936 - October 24, 2016ManheimShirley Weachter, 80, passed away in Carolyn Croxton Slane Hospice Residence, Harrisburg on Monday, October 24, 2016. She was born on September 8,1936 in Lebanon, a daughter of the late Russell and Bessie Moyer Sweeney. Shirley was the wife of William "Bill" Weachter who passed away June 27, 2012. Mrs. Weachter was employed by Brenner's and Ashley Furniture Homestores before retiring after 36 years of dedicated service. Surviving is her daughter, Beth Weachter-Trout, wife of Wesley Trout, Lemoyne; grandson, Jeremy Trout of Park City Utah; her beloved grand dog, Jackson; sisters, Julie Hollinger; Delores, wife of Howard Young; brother, Walter, husband of Helen Sweeney, all of Lebanon; and several nieces and nephews. Shirley was predeceased by her sister, Kitty Buffenmeyer. Interment will be in Covenant Greenwood Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
