Shirley spent her time working for Avon, bookkeeping for Albertsons and retiring as a bookkeeper from K-Mart in Loveland. Shirley loved to read and play piano; and when she was younger, she loved tending to her flowers and vegetable gardens. Preceding Shirley in death are her Husband, Bill J. The family would especially like to recognize the outstanding care of the staff at Columbine West, where Shirley resided until her passing, and three individual caregivers Shirley Cressler, Marynell Kline, and Jan McBroom. Donations in Shirley's memory are appreciated for either the Food Bank of Larimer County or Larimer County Humane Society. A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, December 19, 2016 at the Allnutt Drake Chapel, 650 W. Drake Rd., Fort Collins, CO, 80526.
