Sherry Sue (Coker) Lynn, 57, Durant, Ok

Sherry Sue Coker was born on June 1, 1959 in Durant, OK to O.D. (Doyce) and Ruth (Dalrymple) Coker. She passed away on December 4, 2016 in Durant, Ok.

Sherry attended Bokchito Schools and graduated in 1977. She also attended SOSU in Durant.

Sherry worked as a home health provider. She worked several years as a carrier for the Durant Democrat. She was working at the Calera Subway at the time of her illness.

Proceeded in death by her parents, brothers, Jerry and Larry Coker and sister Patsy (Coker) Cross.

Sherry is survived by her daughter, Amanda Carter and husband Sam of North Richland Hills, TX; son, Blane Lynn and girlfriend Ashley Millhouse, Durant,OK; brother Ronald Coker and wife Barbara, Calera, OK; sister in law Jo Ann Coker, Bennington,OK; granddaughters Lily Carter, North Richland Hills, TX, Kaylee Lynn, Durant,OK, Emma and Lani Lynn, Durant, OK; grandsons Trustun Lynn, McKinney, TX and Jack Carter, North Richland Hills, TX, and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, December 6, 2016 at Bokchito Cemetery. Landon Justice will officiate. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.brownsfuneralservice.com.
