Sherry Goodner, born on July 17, 1957, passed away on December 10, 2024 in Talala, Oklahoma, She is survived by her spouse, Tommie Goodner of 45 Years, her five children: Amy Chimeo (Chetos), Champagne IL, Tommie Goodner (Cooweesta), Skiatook, OK Tammy Mills (Mike),Beggs, OK Lisa Sumpka, (Waterloo Iowa) 9 grandchildren, Kelly Goodner, Brianna Goodner, Jessica Goodner,Brandon Bowman,Brent Bowman,Sarah Maguire, Hannah Bowman, Caleb Phillips, Caylee Phillips. Brooklyn Connell. 7 Great grandchildren , Myiah , Stormie, Santiago, Drew, Dax,Abigail, Lainey and Sadie.

Sister Linda Cooper(Talala OK), Brothers, Clint Flowers (Tulsa OK),William Flowers (Tulsa) Robert Garrett (Merced, CA) Terry Garrett ,(Reiligh NC). Sherry was proceeded in death by her Parents Bobbie Hughes, and Cecil Flowers , Daughter Mary Chimeo Barragon .

Sherry studied at Muskogee High School and graduated in 1975, after which she continued her education at Connors State College and graduated in 1978. She dedicated many years of her life working at Frances Straddle Nursing and North County Assisted Living Center in Collinsville, OK, before retiring in 2020.

Aside from her professional accomplishments, Sherry had many hobbies that brought her joy. She loved sewing, diamond art, cooking, and attending her grandchildren's playdays. Sherry will be remembered for her kind heart, her dedication to her family, and her love for life.

Services for Sherry will be at Oologah Community center in Oologah, ok at 2:00pm Sunday December 22 at 2:00pm there will be a potluck dinner
