Shelly Ball, beloved resident of Saint Louis, Missouri, passed away on September 7, 2025, at the age of 71. She was born on July 16, 1954.

Shelly was a devoted mother to her two children, Shelle Smith and Mark Smith. She was also a loving grandmother to her ten grandchildren.

Throughout her life, Shelly worked at a local barbershop until her retirement in 2015. She was known for her strong work ethic and dedication to her craft.

On September 7, 2025, Shelly tragically passed away due to a stroke. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
