Shelia Smith-Milligan, 63, of Houston, Texas, passed on December 19, 2022. Shelia was born on October 13, 1959.

Shelia was a great mother, daughter and sister. She loved the Lord and loved serving the Lord. She was a true servant. She served in church on the nurses guild, choir member, Vacation Bible School instructor, and so much more. 

We choose to remember Shelia for the life she lived and how she lived. 

She leaves behind her two children Jermaine Martinez Stinson and Markeeta Sharmaine Milligan. Two grandchildren Makiiya Stinson and Eli Stinson. Siblings Tam Smith, Kim Smith, Bryon Smith, Dante Smith, Terry Singleton, Mark Singleton, Eamond Smith Jr, Tina Smith
